    EKE 211 & EKE 2012:

    These cells are designed to withstand a lateral pressure of 150 bar (150 kg/cm²). four no-volume change valves are fitted to the base for measurement of pore pressure, top drainage , bottom drainage and for entry/exit of cell pressure. The cell is nickel plated and completely  rust-proof, hardened and ground pedestals and top loading pads with suitable centering arrangements for different sample sizes are provided. The lower pedestals are provided with radial grooves. The top loading pad is provided with spherical seating.

    EKE 213:

    The apparatus is designed to provide conforming pressure up to 160 Bar to triaxial cells.

    The system consists of an oil pump, continuously driven by an electric motor during the entire period of operation to maintain the desired pressure.

    The unit provides continuous variable pressure up to 160 Bar, which can be increased or decreased , simply by turning control knob.

    Supplied complete with pressure gauge, flow valves and connecting pressure hose.

    The EKE 0550 Automatic Pressure System  is used to apply lateral pressure in the Hoek Cell during the triaxial testing of rock specimens. The power pack is equipped with a proportional valve to provide a sensitive control of the loading rate and to maintain a constant confirming pressure to within 0.1 bar. Pressure is controlled by using the PID closed loop controlled electronics. The user can define the set lateral pressure through the EK.EC.100 control and readout unit.

    EK.CC.TFT unit is designed to control the power pack and processing transducers which is fitted to the power pack.

    All the operations of EK.EC.100 are controlled from the front panel consisting of a 800 x 480 pixel 65535 color resistive touch screen display and function keys 4 analogue channels are provided for load cells, pressure transducers or displacement transducers.

    EK.CC.100 has easy to use menu options. It displays all menu option listings simultaneously , allowing the operator to access the required options in a seamless manner to active  the option or enter a numeric value to set the test parameters. Its specimen setting sub-menu lists different specimen type including but not limited to cube, cylinder, block, beam, beam double upper bearers, cube splitting tensile, cylinder splitting tensile, paving block splitting tensile and kerb flexure. The EK.CC.100 digital graphic display is able to draw real-time “Load vs. Time” or “Stress vs. Time” graphics

    EK.CC.100 unit offers many addition unique features. You can save more than 10000 test results in its internal memory. Storage capacity can be increased up to  32 GB using SD memory cards or USB disk drives. EK.CC.100 unit has support for various off-the – shelf USB printers, supporting both inkjet and laser printers. EK CC.100 unit is equipped with a built-in internal   camera which can save real-time video during testing for security purpose. Thanks to its built – in  internet protocol suite, every aspect of EK.CC.100 device can be controlled remotely from anywhere around the world. Last but not the least, EK.CC.100 has support for Android tablets permitting to control and monitor your testing equipment remotely.

    The manual pressure system is used for maintaining the constant lateral pressure in the  Hoek Triaxial Cell and consists of a hydraulic hand pump with oil reservoir (EKE 3800) , a precision digital readout unit (EKE – 4920) , a pressure transducer (EKE -0110) and a 3 m long flexible hose with quick release coupling.

    The manual Pressure System is used with  any Hoek Triaxial Cell and 2000 kN  Automatic Compression Testing Machine (EKE-4231) for the tiaxial tests. Other type of ENKAY Compression Testing Machine (Respect to the capacity) can be used instead of EKE – 4231
